There are no surcharges for paying with any of
the above methods. Goods will be shipped within 48
hours after payment is cleared.
Shipping
Here are our current shipping rates.
Within Ireland:
- Total order of 15.00 and under - 1.50
- 15.01-39.99 - 3.50
- 40.00-125.00 - 6.50
- 125.01+ - free
Outside of Ireland please contact us for postage rates.
We are not responsible for goods once they are
shipped. If you haven't received your goods within
7 days, please contact us with your order number.
Returns
We seek to ensure that you are happy with your
purchases. If you are unhappy with any product
which you have purchased we will give you a full
refund
provided the product is returned unwashed in it's
original packaging with proof of purchase included
within 14 working days of delivery to Little Acorns, Ballylacey, Gorey, Co.
Wexford, Ireland. We
recommend you obtain a free Proof of Posting
certificate or return the item via Recorded
Delivery. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
If a product is faulty, Little Acorns will replace or refund the price of the
product free of charge provided it is returned
within 7
days of delivery to Little Acorns,
Ballylacey, Gorey, Co. Wexford,
Ireland. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Little Acorns is not responsible for returned
products while in transit. Please include your
order number when returning
